MidWav Studio provides professional recording, mixing, mastering, and music production services at our studio in New Braunfels, Texas. Session details, pricing, and scheduling are arranged directly between MidWav Studio and the client.
Session bookings are confirmed upon agreement between both parties. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
All original music, recordings, and compositions created by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. MidWav Studio retains no ownership rights to your music. With your permission, we may use recordings for promotional purposes such as portfolio samples on our website.
Clients are expected to treat all studio equipment with care. Any damage to studio equipment caused by misuse or negligence may result in the client being held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
MidWav Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by MidWav Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
